Dr. Grace is wonderful but I decided to stop going to her office due to her staff specially Natalia. She is extremely unprofessional and not willing to help. Her attitude is awful. She is always upset. The way she answers the phone is totally inappropriate. Also, her appearance is terrible. She looks dirty. Her uniforms are so tight that you can see the color of her underwear. Very nice and competent Doctor. Take very good care on the family.

The doctor is nice. One staff member is super rude. She refuses to work with the patient to sort out insurance claim issues when the insurance claim was not correctly processed. She hangs up...
