I went to this store last August when it was time to renew & upgrade my phone because they said they were an "Authorized Verizon Wireless Store". They sold me a phone & a charger. After a couple of weeks, my phone started dropping calls, I took it back to the store & they said since I had it longer than 3 days, I had to take it out to the techs at the Gresham store. Gresham wouldn't even touch...
