Overcharging is an understatement. They are highly expensive .. yipee they say they pay the costs for parts under the service agreement, but that is not so. They overcharge for electrician wages to compensate for ANY part they have to pay out of pocket. I estimated 172/ hour. I have a family member that is a surgeon, I am telling you HE is in the wrong field. Oh and wait. 3 times in the past 2...

We have used Gore Heating and Air for two different total system installs and both times the service and workmanship was excellent! I have also used them for service calls when we have had problems with our system and they get out here quick and always fixed the problem right the first time!
