I went for a oil change that it was going to cost me 14.95$ that guy say let us check what your car needs free of charge we only charge if u want the repairs! I say ok! will I was waiting I see this guy hitting something in my car in my mine was thinking ' its he trying to break something for then he can tell me it was broken" then I was Nah it its Gooyear they will never do that!! well 2hours...

I have been going here for years, ever since it opened! Since times are bad, The CUSTOMER SERVICE stinks and never mind about WARRENTY on what you get there. They will find a way to charge you again. I have sent many friends there and now I will tell them to go elsewhere. They will hear what I went through. Beware of EAGLE RESPONSE EDGE tires. We had a defect in one of ours and didn't know it...
