Thrift Store good for discounted *new* items

This Goodwill store receives donations from the local Target store, including items such as clothing (new with tags), home accessories, "Dollar Spot" items, and furniture.I've been able to find a number of good deals there on a new (with tags) winter coat, new (in box) furniture - some of it very slightly damaged, and new home items like glassware and candles.Downside: Over the summer they...
