Since when did Goodwill start charging $7 for a shirt or pair of pants? Never clean and looks like a tornado hit it. Just because you put a Goodwill in a nice building does not change the fact that it is a donation driven enterprise.

I have been in Goodwills all over the states, in the smaller towns they do very well and are usually clean and well managed - this one does not fit that...
