Visited the place and it looks very run down, noticed the back door screen was broken and just resting on the doorway safety hazard, the front of the house with old sofa that needs to be removed, very dark place with poor lighting, the office was dirty and messy really bad first impresion, the floor had multiple soft spots through out the house, felt like it was going to give way when you...
