Be very wary of visiting Dr. Gonsman. He left piece of tooth during an extraction in my 87 year old mother, which then had to be removed by an oral surgeon. When she spoke to Dr. Gonsman about this he told her he was rushing and just wanted to get the tooth out because he thought she was going to have a heart attack.
