After a change of management, the new store is SO much better! It's is clean, has fresh inventory and service shop is cleaner than ever! Kudos folks. Now let's see if they keep this up.

they are a BIG RIP OFF. I WAS THERE REGULAR CUSTOMER UNTIL THEY CHARGED ME $500 FOR A DISTRIBUTOR WHEN THEY ESTIMATED ME FOR $150. never ever ever go there. even a dealership is cheaper then them. go anywhere else besides there. they...

Though the Mechanic is good , but please clearly ask for estimates before you get the job done , I personally had a bad experience with him ...

If you go to this Mechanic , Please clearly ask for written estimates and be wathcfull.

Though he does the job well ,but charges much more on Parts and Labor, when I complained the owner is very arrogant.

If you feel you are cheated please call and register a complaint at "City Hall- Village of Niles - 847 588 8000 "
