Everyplace has there up's and down's. No where is perfect. Wasatch is a far buisness company. They have policy and procedures like everyone else. A legal binding document is signed and theye don't hide anything from anyone!

Some people have lived here many years. Sure the apartments inside look nice but watch out. I have heard numous stories about people moving out and having to pay for new carpets that was never replaced. I personaly saw the before and after. When it was supose to be new carpet.
