As a competitive strongman and powerlifter this gym has everything I will ever need for my training. Additionally the staff provides a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and is family friendly. Golds gym is perfect for the people of all fitness levels, and has something for everyone.

By far the best gym in Spokane! The employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. Members are down to earth and kind. Tons of new equipment! Fabulous classes!!!
