II take this survey every time it is sent to me and i always fill it out the same and nothing ever changes! Every other golds gym locations has a wide variety of attachments for the cable equipment. Pads,bands,etc. Not Fiesta Trails ! Its always super cold in the gym !! I repeat Its TOO COLD IN THAT GYM! The only reason why i still go to this location is because its located across the street...

Equipment is frequently out of service (cardio upstairs, handlebars equipment is almost never completely serviceable -- maybe fan doesn't work, or pulse measurement, or some other feature....) Nautilus equipment lacks pins to adjust weights, esp. the smaller adjustments.

Nora, the training manager, has been particularly helpful. She listened to my needs and concerns and has tailored a program for me. She has been extremely helpful and upbeat. Front desk folks might need some help delivering messages but they are friendly.

The late fee is ridiculously high. Gold's locks you into a stupid 1 year contract. if you move to a new area they tell you you can't get out of the contract if there is a Gold's within some ridiculous number of miles. It like being is a contractual prison. When you want to dispute anything they are forced to tell you they can't do anything and they don't seem to have any power other that to...
