The cleaning materials (spray bottles and paper towel machines) are often empty and/or broken. When machines break they are out of commission for several weeks. Example 2 stair steppers were out of commission for 3 weeks.
Almost every spray bottle to clean equipment was empty. Several of the paper towel dispensers were also empty. Ladies bathroom, toilets always leaking. In general, the gym looked unkempt yestetday.
New hours on weekend suck, I was told my membership was gonna be 40 it’s 60 I joined a 24/7 gym and now hours are cut and my membership didn’t get any cheaper...so how does that work
There are machines that need maintenance...pins get bent or seats are unstable. Please supply more harbinger clips to attach accessories. More weight benches and sandbags/agility ladders would be nice.
The cleanliness level is non existent. Disgusting! If you look down at any machine or corner you will see gobs of hair, dust and dirt. Several of the treads on the machines make a grinding noise as the pass because of rubbing against the amount of debri collected on them. Bathrooms constantly have pee, water from over flowing toilets, and paper trash on the floors. Just last week all but one...
