Took my leather jacket in to fix the zipper. When they gave it back to me a bunch of the threads where loose on them. I gave it back to them to fix, instead of taking out the previous threads, they just ran more over the top.

I took my maid of honor dress here to have them alter it. I procrastinated until about a week before the wedding, which was out of state. The two times I've been there, it's always an elderly asian couple. They did an exceptional job, and in only 5 days or so. They charged me about $80 for making the dress shorter and smaller. I had lost 25 lbs since I bought the dress and was still losing...
