I tried to make a reservation at 8:30 on a Wednesday morning for a 9:30 ride. The dispatcher was so rude that I told him never mind and hung up. Really. His behavior was appalling and puzzling. Don't they WANT business? It wasn't like I was calling to demand a cab complete with dapper chauffeur to whisk me around town. It was a routine call--a normal call with someone sensitive to the trials...

Golden Taxi is the best! The people are genuine and friendly, they are lightning fast and helpful when I have groceries or luggage. These people deserve all the business!!!
