This nursing home is HORRID.

This nursing home is HORRID. They gave my father meds that he was allergic to (as labeled on his chart) then wouldn't call 911 because he was a hospice patient. He almost died. The place is filthy, had BUGS, and orders...obviously....were not followed. Do not allow a loved one to stay here!!!
