Came in today because of the promotion I saw on the newspaper. I was helped out by Harold. He is very professional and made my experience overall excellent. Can't wait to pick up my new glasses. I would recommend Golden Eye to everyone.

Awful customer service. no greeting when entering no thank you no goodbye. Goodbye to them ... Go elsewhere. they are not as cheap as you think.

Im Not sure why the negativiety. People compain of broken glasses but they dont tell you that they ran them over or they sat on them. Your dog cant survive that, why would your glasses. I went to Golden Eye and Ear and had a great experience. The doctor is new. She is wonderful and made the exam quite interesting. She explained everying and made recommendations pertaining to my job. I'd never give them another penny. They have great customer service when you're buying, but if your frames break in a few months like the two pairs I purchased there did, then they don't want to know you. They do not stand by what they sell. I then reported them to the Better Business Bureau however …
