Michael R (#42) and Terrance B. were the technicians performing my follow-up service and were exceptionally professional and courteous. They donned booties each time they entered my home to minimize tracking in salt and slush from the outdoors. They were thorough in their service and answered all of my questions. I recommend BBB and especially Michael and Terrance.

Aaron, did a wonderful job, he was knowledgeable about our situation and made recommendations that we agreed and were appreciative of. He was courteous and friendly and even our dog liked him and she's picky. We have not had any problems when we use Big Blue Blug Solutions. Great service!
