I have dealt with many water companies and Goforth has always been helpful and understanding. Other co. have refused a payment because it had to be in their Dallas office and padlocked my meter but I have never had any problems with them in the 9 years we have been members. They have had to come repair leaks in the line and they do it quickly and professionally.

Small minded people with procedures that would make a Bolshevick Economic planner planned. Be prepared to fill out every form, every request, every utterance in TRIPPLICATE, and have it NOTORIZED.

It's insane that it's this difficult to have water service connected, transfered to another person, have your mailing addressed changed!
