This is the first time I have been to this store. I upgraded to a new IPhone and the Wireless Consultant was very attentive and proactive in finding me the best deal available. He was very upbeat, knowledgable and friendly even when very busy. I was also aware that the Manager was very aware of every customer and whether her consultants were providing good customer service. I became distraught...

Helpful, friendly and good staff. Had a good experience and would go back. Got 2 phones today and the employee spent a lot of time trying to get my contacts transferred and got them. My phone was practically broken and she held the phone the whole time while it was connected to the machine so it would work. Pleased with my experience.

Waited in front of the customer counter for approximately 40 minutes and was not even acknowledged by a staff of 5 representatives. All I wanted was a replacement charger for my phone. Will never go back to this store.

Worse Possible Service

It says Verizon on the front of the store, but Gowireless doesn't operate anything like Verizon. They do not know they're own return policy, and when they make a mistake, they won't stand behind it. This was my first purchasing experience with Gowireless and it will be my last. I plan to let Verizon know how poorly Gowireless operates, because I can not imagine they would want to be associated...

Bad experience shopping here. Sales person did not know what he was talking about. Could not return an item they sold me after they told me I had 14 days on the return. Will not ever shop here again.
