Can't really say that I'm a big fan of GNC's customer service in general. Considering that their faces are the first thing I see when I come in, I expect at least a smile and a cheerful attitude....

I often make purchases from this GNC outlet. Most reps here are pretty good with offering information and assistance. However, there's one rep (older female) that could use a good tip on addressing customers with the term, "c'mon man, hey man". It makes one feel rushed and disconnected from being a valued customer.
