This store is located in the area saturated with Russian speaking emigrants. It seems the GNC decided that if a female staff person I spoke on Saturday September, 7 at 2pm via phone speaks Russian she is well suited for this job. I must tell to GNC that she is not. Because not possessing the basic professional customer service skills can not be substituted with her arrogant attitude accompanied by Russian accent.
