Fantastic to work with. Have had issues with Blackberry Storm 2....got them wet...dropped in lake. They were awesome. If you purchase a phone with them be sure to buy THEIR insurance. It is cheaper than the main store and they will totally take care of your phone issues! They won't give you the run around...like main Verizon store. Can not say enough good things about them. We will NEVER buy...
