Crushed it. Ordered a tulip bouquet for my significant other over the phone. Flowers were delivered on time and they looked great.

I got home at 5:30 pm to find delivered flowers laying sideways on our porch. After calling the florist, I found out that they were delivered at 12:30 pm, so the flowers were blown over, all the water spilled out of the vase, and they sat in the 84 degree heat all afternoon on the porch. The owner said he was sorry. This is no way to run a floral business.
