I have been a member for over 20 years. Pre pandemic they stopped supplying towels, yet there was no rate change. one cannot even buy or rent or borrow a towel.
Last week there was no soap....

The manager, Lauren Peluso, is all heart. She is the only reason I give the gym 5 stars. She listens to members and is a problem solver. Unfortunately, members take out their frustrations on her....
