It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. The office was easy enough to find. I couldn't believe how clean their entire facility was. It was obvious that it was cleaned at least once every day. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
When I take a sick animal to a vet and the vet tells me that they will call in the a.m. to give me results, I wait to hear from the vet. I even cancel work appointments -- my living.
