Dr. Chen is an outstanding physician- both skilled and friendly. He is known in the area as being a top hip and knee surgeon and I can see why. I was thoroughly delighted with his work. His staff is courteous and professional.
Dr. Chen is a good surgeon, but his people skill are inadequate. There is no attempt to understand your concerns after surgery.
