Staff is very friendly. I like the office only one complaint...I had a fill in hygenist that didn't seem to have the chair-side manor that the rest of the staff posesses. I don't know if it was the extent of my procedure or if they just didn't have my comfort in mind. I would definitly recommend this office to friends and family and I will to continue coming back:)

I was pleased with how Dr Palm handled my cavity which was behind the tooth with interference from my bridge.

I look forward to hearing from Michelle regarding my dental plan as Bravo seems a bit contentious at the moment. Please give me a call to notify me that the comprehensive plan I have is paying for everything.

The only complaint I would have would be I had to wait almost and hour to go back to get my appt but other than that it was great the staff and everything.

Wait was a bit longer, but overall a good experience. My granddaughter likes her dentist and had to actually receive two shots for numbing and still gave it a 9 out of 10. Next time we are hoping for a cleaning and checkup only!
