I was locked out of my apartment last night and couldn't find where my roommate had put the spare key. Thanks for picking the lock and charging me a fair price.

I lost the only key I had to my safe and needed to get access to social security card that was inside. I tried to open it myself but was unsuccessful. Your technician was very helpful and opened it as soon as he got there.
