I called 5 different glass companies to order a piece of glass and none of them even answered the phone.Finally I found glass etc business and they answered the phone at first ring.15 mins later I was picking up my glass.This looks like s family operated business that take customer service serious.Definitely the glass place to go to.They are also reasonable.Raul GamboaGeneral Building Contractor
