Very nice management, Extremely courteous and helpful with all tenant needs. The grounds are gorgeous and well kept. The building is a bit older but the amount of square footage you get in the apartments is awesome AND you get free cable. Total money saver. Last, it's in a prime location. Next to the mall but far enough so it's still quiet.

For Canoga Park it isn't that bad. It's in a relatively safe location, and the mall is right across the street. The noise from Topanga Blvd is a bit much, but all in all I had good neighbors, and no complaints from them. Now my overall concern is the owner. I moved from the east coast to LA, not knowing a thing about the valley or where was the best place, so I pretty much took this place sight...

hi all ,

this is i am writing to u all as i find management is worst and the lady maneger she does't have sense of talking whole day she screems in glade plaza ..and there is no emergency maintainence services on sudays..

From location point of view it,s good,but as far as managenent is concerned,its terrible.Rent wise it is too expensive.One BR $850,I am regretting to live in Glade apartments.
