terrible service, owner(Man)is liar and rude

on 2/6/17 the refrig/freezer unit that was purchased from Gladdens approx 1 yr earlier stopped working. Visit to store and owner said he would stop out just after lunch. He did show around 3 pm and found that the capacitor blew out on the compressor motor. He was told that the freezer had iced up several times prior to the failure to which he replied "the capacitor was not working right before...
