Brought 2 pair of running shoes in to be altered and he completed the difficult job with a quick turn around and reasonable price.

I brought in two pairs of shoes-one to get dyed and one to get heel taps. He dyed the wrong pair of shoes!!!!!! If that wasn't enough, he was completely unapologetic, and rude. I am never going back.
