Bay Ridge Fiat service department is horrible . I have owned many businesses and I know and understand customer service is priority . They do not have a clue when it comes to customer service they are the worst .I am so sorry I spent 5,000 dollars on an extended warranty what a mistake .

I worked with Leo and he was top notch. we did most of the heavy lifting over the phone and when I came to the showroom, he had all the documents waiting for me with the exact same terms that we had discussed. Cant really ask for more than that. Process was really as smooth as could be expected. He worked with me to find the best car for me and understood my concerns and worked through them....
