Help us make it rightGiovanni Cleaners damaged my garments by laundering garments that were suppose to be dry cleaned. The issue was brought to management's attention immediately. The owner refused to address the issue per store employee. When I contacted the owner directly, he refused to take my calls. Good faith attempts on serveral occassions were made to resolve this issue over a three week period. Employees or owner don't know how to handle customer concerns.
WARNING do not launder your shirts here. Ruined two shirts both same damage from iron. Owner unavailable would not return phones calls after 2 mo. was told cleaners accepted no resposibility and refused to compensate for damage or to refund money paid for my dry cleaning.
To get a normal shirt dry cleaned is 2.24 but OMG they raised the price of getting pants shortened to $12 dollars.it used to be $8.that is just to much.it is not like i get faster service now..i still have to wait 4 days for my pants.that so stupid.i am definitely finding a new dry cleaners.
