My husband has been coming to Ginstar for 10+ years and did not start having problems until about 2 years ago. This past year he bought me a laptop, which had numerous problems. We brought back to be fixed 10+ times, only to keep having issues. Finally, after several months, the owner allowed him to return the computer and get a replacement. Which is also bad. I highly recommend Ginstar because they have exceptional service and very friendly to customers. I've been a customer for years and decided to review because I'm still very impressed! Laptop mysteriously died and they let me trade in for another newer laptop. Couldn't be happier!!!!!
