I've been here a handful of times and the food and drinks have always been fabulous! Their fresh bakery is awesome (try the carrot cake!) and the coffee is great. I love the farmhouse atmosphere with chickens running around outside! Its too bad that people think the service is poor; its a small place and when it gets crowded, like any restaurant, service is slower. So my advice is don't come during prime hours if you're in a hurry. Sometimes the best dining experiences are when you slow down...

Cute place but looks can be deceiving

The food isn't bad but the service is horrible! Not only do I think the owner is rude, but after sharing my experience, I find that others do too.
The coffee is bad!
Not sure what the excitement is and why so many cars outside. Maybe it's the fireplace but really....try San Laurio in Muskego. They have a cute fireplace too but nice people and way better food!
