I set up an appointment and was told they accept my insurance. Drove 30 miles with both of my children and at check in she turned me away indicating she did not accept my insurance. Rude and terrible practice policies and disregard for my time. Dishonest!

This office has a courteous & responsive staff. It is clean and wait times are short- they respect your time and the fact you are not feeling your best in the first place.

Dr Tobalina & Winder listen well and are attentive, and willing to go outside the box when needed. They have helped me identify & treat issues that previously went undiscovered for years of going to Kaiser.

The office of Dr. Tobalinas is mis-managed.

The doctors and nurses themselves are very good, but we constantly have problems with getting a same day appointment, because the office does not hold back enough same day appointments. Plus, they have ZERO same day appointments on Wednesdays, because Dr. Tobalina decides to work a half-day, and they have no other providers available on that day. ...
