If you're celebrating your anniversary and want a great bottle of champagne and a cozy corner on top of a 4 course meal, we can do that. If you are on your way up the bike corridor and want a really good nosh and a quick cocktail on your way home, we can do that and serve you food that your momma can't cook. If you want to try a lot of different flavors and not walk away 4 hours and $200 later, we can turn you on to our selection of sincere cooking in portions small enough to sample without a huge commitment to your pocket book.

Cascading gold curtains, ornate showpiece chandeliers, and high-back booths complement a swanky rich-red dining room. The food is equally lush, with buttercup pumpkin gnocchi topped with an Oregon venison ragu, and a truffle, red quinoa, and goat cheese custard with roasted autumn baby vegetables. The drink menu is loaded with flavor-embellished drinks such as Tracy's First Love, with vodka,...

Gilt Club Restaurant Review

Gilt Club juxtaposes romantic, vintage Hollywood décor with an earthy “whole beast” menu. Appetizers might include pork head croquettes and foie gras torchon with sea salt shortbread. Entrées focus on unusual meats too, such as lamb neck with sweetbreads or a burger topped with pork belly. Vegetarians may cringe (even a green salad is topped with a crispy pig ear) but the hours, food, and...

Cocktails take center stage at this glitzy lounge but that doesn’t mean the food gets short shrift. The downtown dining crowd slides into sexy red booths for edgy, inventive dishes such as elk...

We came here following a late Trailblazers game and found "Jason" to be knowledgeable and a pleasure. We ordered a variety of appetizers and some very fun specialty drinks. I had a very good salad consisting of rocket greens and a sweet pink beet that I had never enjoyed before. Also cheese and pistachios. The steamed mussles were fresh and...

There is almost nothing good to say about this restaurant. It's expensive, the service is the absolute worst I've ever encountered, and the food is at most so-so. Our appetizers didn't even get to the table for 45 minutes! Our entrees were just behind them before we even had a chance to finish the appetizers. The server couldn't seem to...

Extensive cocktail menu which I love. We had the fois gras appetizer and the burger and fries and pumpkin Creme brûlée. Everything was amazing. No complaints from me. It was a warm and cool atmosphere.

On entering the Gilt Club, you feel like you're back in "Rat Pack" days. The booths are red leather, the light fixtures are retro, the lighting is romantic. The drinks menu features drinks from the 40s and 50s. Our waitress was excellent--knowledgeable and friendly. We actually ate pork rinds. Our salmon was good, the wine was good, and the service...

My daughter bought a groupon for this restuarant while we were on vacation in Portland, what a good move that was. First of all out waitress was great (didn't get her name, but she served us outside on 9/14/13 evening). The food was amazing. The drinks were creative and delicious. Our dessert was crazy good, it had goat cheese ice...

Where to Sit

If it’s romance you want, call ahead and reserve a cozy corner banquette. Want to people watch? When the weather’s right, secure a sidewalk table and enjoy the twilight hours--and constant parade of passersby--outside.

Happy Hour

Happy hour offerings start at $1 (smoked paprika dusted fried chickpeas) with a selection of $5 cocktails and a mini-cheeseburger and fries topping the wallet-friendly list.

Save Money

Cut the cost of your entree by ordering the petite plate. This smaller main course option is sized for lighter appetites or simply someone who wants to have room in their budget (and belly) to order a few appetizers and dessert.

On the Menu

Pair your first cocktail with a plate of wild boar nuggets and your last with a warm caramel bread pudding with popcorn cream.
