Called Gilmores and they have ... YP.com

Called Gilmores and they have an answering service that takes their calls which is ok. I was told they would get back to be right away that they would call someone in the office directly! Called back two more times, after almost 3 hours of waiting I get a call saying we can't do your work today it will be tomorrow. CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR!!!! The lady that called me back RUDE!!!! WONT EVER CALL...

While the problem ended up re-emerging shortly after the mild fix was done... The staff was friendly, willing to listen and did what they could to come out and help.
