I ordered flowers as a wedding gift over the phone for a bridal couple staying at a Santa Barbara hotel. The flowers made it to the hotel room but without my card, I found out later. So the guests never knew they came from me. Naturally both Gigi's and the hotel ( Oceana) deny any responsibility for the mistake.
