They had my hot tub pump for a week, had to keep calling to get any information when they said they would call back in an hour. I would call the next day, no one knew anything, then they finally told me 6 days later they weren't going to order the parts to fix it and that when they got it put back together I could pick it up. Very poor customer service, I would not recommend them to anyone.
