Purchased $80 worth of guitar lessons for grandson for Christmas (2015) after one lesson in February he is now refusing to honor the additional lessons telling the receiver that the Gift Certificate has expired. He will not return calls or emails.

I am in the military, my wife prepaid for guitar lessons, when we received orders and had to move he would not refund the money. Not only that but he refused to return phone calls and when we stopped by he insulted my wife as well as myself. I have never been treated so poorly and was caught completely off guard by his total lack of common decency or respect. By far the worst service and...
