If it's too good to be true....

I thought we had a great experience. The buying process was the easiest I had ever encountered. However, it's now two months later and we have a title issue! My tag expires tomorrow and I emailed them bc the the tag office hadn't received anything and neither has my lien holder. I received an email back from Get More stating they have been trying to call me for 3 weeks. Really? I use my phone for work and it is on me 24/7. Not only that, my husband went by there less than 3 weeks ago and they told him that the tag office probably has it and they are just backed up. Now I'm being advised...
