After going to another area dry-cleaner that broke several of the buttons on my dress shirts and unapologetically left creases in all of my dress shirts... it was refreshing that Georgetown Valet got everything right! They even moved around my buttons (from the extra buttons to the broken buttons) free of charge. I definitely recommend this location of Georgetown Valet.

I haven't done any dry cleaning here, but I had alterations done and they were incredibly sloppy. Also, it was not inexpensive compared to neighboring places. The alterations were actually so sloppy that I need to get them repaired! Do not have alterations done here.

This place is reliable. The clothes arrive on time and they have never damaged anything. This is saying a lot for a dry cleaners; I've had several bad experiences in other cities.
