My partner and I were celebrating our 16th Anniversary and chose Georges Bistro based on the menu options online. It was the perfect end to the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating for all requests. The food was phenomenal. The Filet and the Special offerings were enjoyed by both of us. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends.
Absolutely exceptional! From start to finish it was near perfection. escargot was heavenly, wine was expertly decantered and presented, chefs favorite is to die for and profiteroles big enough two to share. Can't wait to return to my 'new' favorite Houston restaurant.
Chef's special "trio" was simply delicious....good meat. Party of six enjoyed everything we ordered - escargots & mussels to start, lamb was excellent, so was the Dover fish with scallops. For dessert we had creme brûlée and profiteroles.....simply yummy

Thank you for the delightful meal before we returned home to Toronto on Christmas Day. We would not hesitate to recommend or return to George's on our next...
