Help us make it rightDr. Qiu is by far the best physician I have had the pleasure of knowing. She has the best bedside manner of any physician. She is knowledgeable, caring, friendly, attentive, listens and shows concerns to your needs and is very thorough. She takes as much time as she needs to address your concerns. She never makes you feel that you are just a number. Very professional.
I've seen Dr. Qiu and I will never go back. She doesn't value your time and I was waiting for her in the exam room over an hour each time, 2 hours the 2nd time, and this was after waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time.
The staff never did anything to make the situation better.
Dr. Qiu is a great doctor. However getting appointments can be difficult at times, sometimes having to book three months in advance. Office rarely returns calls. I have been told that prescriptions would refilled only to have them refused when pharmacy calls to refill. Front office is what is keeping me from giving a full 5 stars.

Dr Qiu was extremely caring and very informed. The information she gave me about my diagnosis was helpful and clear. She was precise in her prescription of medications and her prescribed behaviors while I was in the adjustment period.
