Don't waste your time! This place since management changes and ortho leaving (tells you something) is nothing but TRASH!! Costumer service is at the bare minimum. They packed moldings incorrectly...

This post is really about the kindness of the office manager and my new doctor whose name I can't spell. But she graduated from UCSF and was the absolute best Dentist that ever treated me, I literally can't wait to go back to her as she is very professional and knows her craft!

The dental office has you watch a video on how they do the tooth extraction and what you can expect afterwards. This way there are not a lot of questions that you have to ask the oral surgeon. Dr. Duffy was quick with the needle to numb you so they were able to get started right away. The procedure took less than 25 minutes love that timing.

It was nice that I didn't have to wait for a long time for my appointment. This is a nice change from my previous experiences. I hope you will be able to keep to your schedules or notify clients when things are running behind schedule. The crown went well and the Dr. was very pleasant as usual.
