It was okay, no real wow factor, There are a lot of renditions of this same concept and I think Flat Top (in Chicago) is a way better alternative, for about the same price.  They have just the basics, a few sauces and not much else.  I will probably pass on this place, if there is a better alternative to choose from.

I love Genghis Grill. The chicken. The beef tips. The new potatoes. On my second visit within the past week, the potatoes were really big odd chunks and as soft as I've ever seen raw potatoes....
