Awesome friendly people and challenging workouts! They motivate me to get out of bed to get that workout in for the day. The croas fit training reminds me of my college track days and coaching days!

I love working out at Geneva Fit! Jan is such a great coach and she really knows her exercise science and injury prevention, which can be hard to find in such a growing industry!
As a former college athlete, I was really searching for workouts that would push me as hard as my team workouts. Anyone can participate in a class and go at his/her own level with modifications or progressions.
